A deep red garnet seems to float in the middle of this adjustable ring.  The sterling silver band has a subtle pattern all around.  The inside of the band is smooth sterling silver.

The adjustable rings come in two sizes - small (adjusts down to a size 6 or up to a size 7) and medium (adjusts down to a size 8 or up to a size 9.)
