We want you to be really happy with your purchase.  If you don't absolutely love your purchase, we're happy to exchange your jewelry or issue store credit within 30 days of receipt. The jewelry must be unworn and in the same condition in which it was received. Please note that shipping will not be included in the credit, and custom orders are not returnable. Store credit is valid for seven years.

Please note that when returning items, keep them in the original packaging and use a courier with insurance and tracking (such as USPS Priority Mail.)  Happy Girl Jewelry is not liable for items lost in the mail.

For online purchases made from November 19th to December 25th Happy Girl Jewelry is extending their return policy until January 20th.
